Personal Data Protection (PDP) Policy

We at Natural Avenue Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “NASB” “we” “our” or “us”) take our responsibility under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the PDPA”) seriously.  We also recognize the importance of the personal data you have entrusted to us and believe that it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect and process your data.

  1. How Do We Collect Your Data
    1. When you visit our website, https://www.cashsweep.my (the “Website”).
    2. When you communicate with us via social media platform, your interaction with us is covered by this Policy as well as privacy policy of the social media platform that you use. NASB uses social media and third-party websites to share information and to communicate with our customers, and those third-party service providers may themselves automatically collect and store additional information about you, in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policies.
    3. When you present your bet ticket(s) for prize claims, we will collect your personal details in order to process your claims.
    4. When you participate in a survey, contest, marketing activities or promotions, we may collect information that you provide through that process. If such activity is provided by a third party, the third party’s privacy policy shall apply to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
    5. If you apply for a job posting, we will collect information necessary to process your application.
    6. If you provide any feedback to us or contact us for support, we may collect your personal details and any other information forwarded to us for us to respond to you.
  2. What Information Is Being Collected
    1. This Website uses Google Analytics or such other analytical tools to gather certain statistical information such as the number and frequency of visitors and IP addresses for our data processing.
    2. Collection of “Personal Information” which generally means information that identifies you as an individual. This may include your name, NRIC number / passport number, address, phone contact, e-mail address and other details.
    3. We use Digital Imaging Device (“Device”) including video surveillance for security purposes, digital camera and/or hand phones owned by us and/or our agents and/or employees for surveys, contests marketing activities or promotions purposes in offices and sales outlets where the Device may capture your image.
    4. If you communicate with us via social media platform, information that you have publicly shared will be accessible to us.
  3. The Purpose of Personal Information Collection
    1. To communicate with you on your requests for information on our products and/or services.
    2. Processing prize claims when you submit your winning ticket(s) for payment.
    3. Administering and processing surveys, contests, marketing activities or promotions.
    4. Evaluating your application for employment.
    5. For compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 and other applicable governing laws.
    6. To protect and ensure the integrity of our business operations and processes.

    8. Information from Google Analytics or such other analytical tool is used as aggregated statistical information about users based on their IP address. Individual users cannot be identified from this type of data.  This information helps us to measure how individuals use our website and our services for us to continually improve them. NASB does not associate any data gathered from this Website with any personal identifiable information from any sources as part of its use of Google Analytics or such other analytical tool. 
    9. To retain the information you provided for as long as necessary to meet the purposes that the information was originally collected for.
  4. How Your Personal Information Will Be Disclosed
    1. Within NASB employees and related companies or its agents on a need to know basis.
    2. Relevant governmental authorities and regulatory bodies or any person to whom we are required by law to disclose such information.
    3. With third party’s businesses or service providers that assists with our daily operations such as developers, contractors, vendors or auditors.
    4. The information collected by Goolgle Analytics is sent and stored by Google on their servers in the United States or such places designated by Google.     5. Information or photos from our contests, marketing activities or promotions which is published on our website may be shared by other users of our website outside Malaysia subject to the terms and conditions of the usage in the jurisdictions where the users concerned are based.
  5. How To Update Your Personal Information
    1. You can contact us to request updates to your information by emailing to our Operations Department at enquiry@cashsweep.com.my, contact us at our phone number 6082-333666 or by post to our company registered address.
    2. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for the processing of any request pertaining to your Personal Information.
    3. We may refuse requests that are unreasonable, require immense technical effort, at risk to privacy of others or are simply impractical.
  6. How To Withdraw Consent for Your Personal Information
    1. You may withdraw your consent for the collection and processing of your Personal Information by submitting a written request to us, but such withdrawal of consent may result in us not being able to provide you the product or services that you require effectively.

    1. This Policy applies only to this website belonging to and operated by NASB. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites that may be linked to our web pages.
    2. We may, from time to time, update and revise this Policy as we deem fit. Any changes or updates to this Policy will be posted in the Website and will take effect immediately.
    3. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Bahasa Malaysia version of this PDP Policy, the English version shall prevail.
