By participating in the “Kaseh Chan Lagi Contest” (“Contest”), all participants shall be deemed to have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by the terms & conditions of the Contest as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by Natural Avenue Sdn. Bhd. 199201000005 231509-A, Management of Sarawak Turf Club Special Cash Sweep (“SCS”) (“the Organiser”) (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto.
通过参加此促销活动，即表示参加者已细读，理解并完全同意遵守砂朥越马会大萬有限公司199201000005 231509-A (“大萬”）(“主办单位”）所举办的“Kaseh Chan Lagi 促销活动”（“促销活动“）的条款与规则。
- This Contest is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years and above except the employees, Agent and Ticketing Agent of SCS and their immediate family members.
此促销活动公开给所有21岁或以上非穆斯林民众，唯大萬和其投注站的职员和直系亲属一律不得参加. - The Contest period is from 1.9.2023 (Friday) to 30.11.2023 (Thursday) (“Contest Period”). The Organiser reserves the rights to amend or extend the duration of the Contest at any time it deemed fit.
此促销活动期限(“促销期限”）将从1.9.2023（星期五）至 30.11.2023（星期四)。主办单位有权随时更改或延长促销期限。 - Purchase of RM11.00 (including SST) and above in a single Special Cash Sweep ticket (any games) during the Contest Period is entitled to one entry. Participant is to attach the SCS ticket to the entry form after confirmed it is a non-winning ticket. All entries which comply with the eligibility and qualifying criteria mentioned herein, shall qualify as an eligible entry (“Eligible Entry”).
合格参加者需符合上述促销活动的条款和规则并且在促销活动期间有购买单张价值RM11(包含SST)或以上大萬彩票（任何游戏），其购买的彩票未中奖即可以获得一份参加表格。 - Multiple entries are acceptable during the Contest Period, but only one (1) Eligible Entry may win. A participant whose name has been drawn once will automatically eliminated should his/her name is drawn again. Entry received after the Contest Period shall not be accepted as Eligible Entry and will be disqualified.
促销活动期间参加次数不限，唯每个人只限赢取一份奖品。 任何逾期提交的参加表格一概不受理并将被视为无效。 - Submission of Contest entry does not guarantee you the opportunity to participate in the Contest, the Organiser shall be entitled to forthwith reject or refuse any participation, or revoke the Prizes for any reasons whatsoever.

*管理层有权自行决定更改. - To qualify and participate in the Contest, participant is to submit a Contest entry form with personal particulars (name, IC number, mobile number & email), answer one simple question and attach the non-winning ticket(s) as proof of purchase.
参加者只需在促销活动期间提交参加表格,填妥个人资料（姓名，身份证号码，手机号码和电邮），回答一道简单问题并附上未中奖票根即可参加。
Participant must ensure that all details entered are correct and accurate. ANY ILLEGIBLE, INCORRECT or INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
参加者须确保所提交的个人资料完全属实。如有发现任何资料不齐或弄虚作假的，报名表格将自动被视为无效。 - Winners will be informed/notified by phone or email or any other modes of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser. Winners will be contacted via contact details that have been provided in the Contest entry form.
主办单位将依据参加表格里所提供的相关资料，通过电话或电邮或其他适合的联络方式通知得奖者。 - Winners may collect the Prizes in person within 30 days at the assigned venue(s) as the Organiser deemed appropriate upon announcement of the winners. Failure to accept the Prize by the winner within the time frame stipulated by the Organiser shall constitute a rejection by such winner and the Organiser reserves its right to award the Prize to another winner. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
得奖者需在成绩公布后的 30 天内前往主办单位指定地点领奖。逾期未兑奖的得奖者将被视为自动放弃领奖，主办单位保有权利把其奖品颁发给其他参加者。除非另有说明,奖品不得转让或对换。 - The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the prize of the same value without any prior notice to the participants. 主办单位有权利在无需事先通知参加者的情况下，以其他同等价值的奖品来取代有关的奖品。
- Any expenses associated with the collection of the prize such as transportation and accommodation (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the winner.
所有与参加领取奖品有关的交通，住宿（如有），个人开支及其他费用，由得奖者自行承担。 - Upon Prize collection, all winners are required to present their original IC (for Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians) for verification purposes, failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to not award the Prize.
每位得奖者必须出示正本身份证证件（马来西亚公民）或护照（非马来西亚公民）以便核实身份，否则主办单位有权不颁发有关奖品。 - The Organiser reserves the right to use all winners’ details such as photos, name or any other particulars for the purposes of advertising, press release, trade and promotion or otherwise without further compensation and notification to the winner and without the winner’s authorisation.
主办单位有权将得奖者个人资料如照片，姓名或其他任何资料用于广告、新闻稿、交易和宣传等，而无需得到得奖者的授权并不会给予任何赔偿。 - If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Organiser reserves the rights as its sole discretion, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority in State and Federal Territory, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
如果出于任何原因，促销活动无法按计划进行，包括但不限于捏造的事实、未经授权干预流程、欺诈或其他任何超出主办单位合理控制范围，从而破坏或影响促销活动的管理、安全性、公平性、真实性或正常进行，主办单位有权利根据州和联邦机构书面的指示自行决定取消、终止、修改或暂停此项促销活动。 - By participating in this Contest, all participants have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Contest and agree that the Organiser may collect, obtain, store, and process the personal data provided in this Contest for the purpose of receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing mails or materials from the Organiser as stated in SCS’s official website under Privacy Policy @ www.cashsweep.my.
所有参加者均同意接受本促销活动所订之条款与规则约束以及主办单位官方网站的个人隐私权政策。该政策详见www.cashsweep.my. - The Organiser shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever, in respect of technical or human error in the administration and processing of this Contest.
主办单位不承担任何促销活动过程中出现技术或人为错误的责任。 - The Organiser reserves the absolute right to amend or change any of the terms and conditions of this Contest at any time without prior notice to any party. The Organiser’s decisions pertaining to this Contest, including any disputes in relation thereto shall be final and conclusive. No correspondences or appeals shall be entertained by the Organiser.
主办单位有权在不通知任何一方的情况下，修改或更正促销活动的条款与规则。主办单位的决定为最终决定，任何异议恕不受理。 - Should there be any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions of the Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
如果其英文版本与中文版本的条款与规则之间存在任何不一致之处，则以英文版本为准。
